Much attention seeking here but these movies actually helped me getting trough a sad phase of my life when my father died in 2016, Gandalf helped Frodo on his journey just like my father always did and just like Gandalf said : The journey doesn't end here. For everyone who lost a beloved person, better times will ALWAYS come and don't try to ignore your feelings and thoughts about that person, let it all out. I wish you all the best.

Foreshadowing the scene when Sam does the same for Frodo. Need free movies all the time people dont have money. Best movie/trilogy EVER made. The transition to the credits, when the screen fades to black and the music switches over to the humming choir and subdued orchestra, was really well executed. Subtle, perfect way to end the movie. Props to Howard Shore for his work on these movies.
